One of two not terribly serious things has happened:

  • You have reduced the quantity of something ordered to zero and then clicked on the "x". If you want to re-order, you will NOT have to re-enter your billing/shipping info (unless it has been longer than 15 min since you started the ordering process, see below).

  • After selecting something, you have been wandering around our website for longer than 15 minutes before completing the online purchase process. A selection for online purchase is kept for only 15 minutes before you must complete the online process. Otherwise it is considered cancelled. Any billing/shipping info you filled in is also deleted.
